Concept
A cinematic collaboration between Repetto and Sofia Coppola, translating three of her heroines into three interpretations of Repetto’s iconic ballerina. Each pair captures a different state of femininity through colour, material and detail.
Why it makes sense
Repetto is rooted in ballet, French elegance and a timeless expression of femininity. Sofia Coppola explores femininity from a more intimate perspective — adolescence, solitude, freedom and rebellion. Bringing the two together allows Repetto to reinterpret its most recognisable product through a cultural and emotional lens, while staying true to its heritage.

Lux - The Virgin Suicides
A pastel ballerina contrasted with black detailing, reflecting the tension between innocence, fragility and rebellion at the heart of Lux Lisbon.
Charlotte - Lost in Translation
A black ballerina with ivory trim. Quiet, minimal and designed for everyday wear, it translates Charlotte’s restraint, solitude and understated elegance.
Antoinette - Marie Antoinette
A pastel polka-dot ballerina inspired by the dresses, cakes and decorative excess of the film, balancing playfulness with the elegance of Repetto’s classic silhouette.
The identity combines soft pastels with black, intimate photography and restrained typography, creating a world that feels personal rather than promotional. The result is a collaboration that uses Repetto’s ballerina as a canvas for three distinct expressions of femininity.
